Project of technical assistance in the context of the Cooperation Agreement between the governments of Colombia and Germany.
The areas of intervention were: the policy and methodology of financial intermediation; the marketing with all its functions (commercial proposal, market research, mobilisation of savings, competition, stimulation of demand, etc.) directed to the microenterprise sector; the plan and commercial budgets, including the system of objectives and incentives; the adaptation of the commercial network; and the optimisation of procedures, especially in regard to risk.
