This evaluation intends to measure the outcome of the original project, in which entrepreneurs were skilled and trained in certain areas, by appraising the improvements or changes in their living conditions.
The project hasincluded threetwo components: microenterprises and human young entrepreneurs training, and microcredit for young entrepreneurs.
The Evaluation uses a systems perspective to assess the relevance of the different project components, the effectiveness and efficiency in achieving results, the sustainability of these results and the impact in improving the living conditions and empowerment. The impact is assessed from the perspective of the theory of the program.
